This heavy 100% woolen bodice is called an
English bodice. Though it doesn't have any basis
in history*, it can be worn under other garments
for warmth at those chilly rendezvous. This
English bodice extends over the hips and has slits
to accommodate fuller hip sizes. It is sleeveless
and laces in front to close with eight
machine-sewn eyelets. Fully lined with 100%
cotton (see pictures). Women's size 18. No rips,
stains or tears.
Chemise and petticoat not included.
