Ladies Wool Colonial Jacket ~
Offered for sale is a USED ladies woolen jacket of the
1770's. This colonial jacket is made of 100% wool
fashion fabric with an off-white 100% linen lining. This
colonial jacket will fit a woman's size 6-8. It is meant to
close with pins, but I have photographed it on my size
14 dress figure so the front won't close. This jacket is
meant to be worn over stays.
There is mild discoloration to the lining in the neck area
and sweat rings in the armpits that I have been unable
to remove. Please see photo at bottom. Because of
this I am selling it for the price for which it was
purchased. Price does not include shipping charges.
It has been dry cleaned and pressed and is ready to
wear. There are no rips or tears, and no staining on
the outer fashion fabric.
Measurements are as follows:
Neck to waist: 14 1/2"
Shoulders: 12 1/2"
Bust: 32"
Waist: 30"
Petticoat and chemise not included.
